Licenses (MVDDS) Is Rescheduled

SUMMARY: This document announces that the start of the upcoming of 
MVDDS licenses scheduled for February 12, 2003 is rescheduled for 
August 6, 2003.


DATES: The MVDDS auction is scheduled to begin on August 6, 2003.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: This is a summary of a Public Notice 
released by the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau on November 26,

    The Wireless Telecommunications Bureau announces the auction of the

on specific terms and conditions for this auction. The key dates are
