SUMMARY: In accordance with Section 10(a)(2) of the Federal Advisory 
Committee Act (Pub. L. 92-463), announcement is made of the following 
Committee meeting:

DATES: September 10, 2003 from 8 a.m. to 5:35 p.m.; September 11, 2003 
from 8 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. and September 12, 2003 from 8 a.m. to 2:20 
p.m.

    This meeting is open to the public. Any interested person may 
attend, appear before, or file statements with the Scientific Advisory 
Board at the time and in the manner permitted by the Board.
