Review of the Commission's Broadcast Ownership Rules and Other 
Rules Adopted Pursuant to Section 202 of the Telecommunications Act of 
1996

AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.

ACTION: Notice of en banc field hearing on broadcast ownership rules.

SUMMARY: On Thursday, February 27, 2003 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., the 
Federal Communications Commission (FCC) will hold an en banc field 
hearing on broadcast ownership rules at the Greater Richmond Convention 
Center, 403 N. Third Street, Richmond, VA 23219.

DATES: The hearing will be held on Thursday, February 27, 2003, 10 a.m. 
to 4 p.m.

also may participate in this proceeding by filing comments
