CenterPoint Energy Gas Transmission Company; Notice of Compliance 
Filing

February 20, 2003.
    Take notice that on February 12, 2003, CenterPoint Energy Gas 
Transmission Company (CEGT) tendered for filing a compliance filing as 
directed by the Commission's order dated January 30, 2003 in this 
docket.
    Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE., 
Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with section 385.211 of the 
Commission's Rules and Regulations. All such protests must be filed in
