PPL Electric Utilities Corporation, Rockland Electric Company,
Allegheny Power Service Company and Public Service Electric and Gas
Company, tendered for filing with the Federal Energy Regulatory
Commission (Commission) a compliance filing pursuant to the
Commission's Order on Remand issued on December 19, 2002 in the above-
captioned proceedings.
