Algonquin Gas Transmission Company; Notice of Compliance Filing

March 18, 2003.
    Take notice that on March 14, 2003, Algonquin Gas Transmission 
Company (Algonquin) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, 
Fourth Revised Volume No. 1, the revised tariff sheets listed in 
appendix A of the filing, effective March 4, 2003.
    Algonquin states that the purpose of this filing is to comply with 
the Order on Compliance Filing issued by the Commission in Docket Nos. 
RP00-533-004 and RP03-193-000 on March 4, 2003 (``March 4 Order'') [102 
FERC ] 61,264 (2003)].
    Algonquin states that copies of its filing have been mailed to all 
affected customers of Algonquin and interested state commissions, as 
well as to all parties listed on the Official Service List compiled by 
the Secretary of the Commission in Docket No. RP00-533.
    Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE., 
Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with section 385.211 of the 
Commission's Rules and Regulations. All such protests must be filed in 
accordance with section 154.210 of the Commission's Regulations. 
Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining the 
appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants 
parties to the proceedings. This filing is available for review at the 
Commission in the Public Reference Room or may be viewed on the
