Availability of Government-Owned Inventions for Licensing
AGENCY: Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Department of
Health and Human Services.
ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: The inventions named in this notice are owned by agencies of
the United States Government. In accordance with 35 U.S.C. 209(e) and
to achieve expeditious commercialization of results of federally funded
research and development, the inventions are available for licensing in
the United States (U.S.). Foreign patent applications are filed on
selected inventions to extend market coverage for U.S. companies and
may also be available for licensing.
