Correction

    In notice document 03-16980 appearing on page 40251 in the issue of 
Monday, July 7, 2003, make the following correction:
    On page 40251, in the third column, in the fifth line, ``August 12, 
2003, as soon thereafter'' should read, ``August 12, 2002, or as soon 
as thereafter''.
