SUMMARY: In accordance with Section 10(a)(2) of the Federal Advisory 
Committee Act (P.L. 92-463), announcement is made of the following 
Committee meeting:

DATES: June 8, 2004 from 0900 a.m. to 1710 p.m. and June 10, 2004 from 
0900 a.m. to 1145 a.m.

    This meeting is open to the public. Any interested person may 
attend, appear before, or file statements with the Scientific Advisory 
Board at the time and in the manner permitted by the Board.
