AGENCY: Department of Defense.

ACTION: Final rule.

SUMMARY: This document removes information in Title 32 of the Code of 
Federal Regulations concerning Medical Malpractice Claims Against 
Military and Civilian Personnel of the Armed Forces. This part has 
served the purpose for
