SUMMARY: Announcement is made of the Notice of Partnership under a 
Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA) to Innovative 
Biosensors, Inc., Gaithersburg, MD to work on a Development of 
Biosensor Detection System for West Nile Virus.
