AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.
ACTION: Final rule.

SUMMARY: The Commission, at the request of Montana State University,
allots DTV channel *46 for noncommercial use at Kalispell, Montana. See
69 FR 47399, August 5, 2004. DTV channel *46 can be allotted to
Kalispell, Montana, in compliance with the principle community coverage
requirements of Section 73.625(a) at reference coordinates 48-00-48 N.
and 114-21-55 W. Since the community of Kalispell is located within 400
kilometers of the U.S.-Canadian border, concurrence from the Canadian
government was obtained for this allotment. With this action, this
proceeding is terminated.
