AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.

ACTION: Final rule.

SUMMARY: The Commission, at the request of Mississippi Broadcasting 
Partners, substitutes DTV channel 32 for DTV channel 54 at Greenwood, 
Mississippi. See 69 FR 30857, June 1, 2004. DTV channel 32 can be 
allotted to Greenwood, Mississippi, in compliance with the principle 
community coverage requirements of section 73.625(a) at reference 
coordinates 33-22-23 N. and 90-32-25 W. with a power of 1000, HAAT of 
610 meters and with a DTV service population of 743 thousand. With this 
action, this proceeding is terminated.

DATES: Effective January 14, 2005.
