AGENCY: Environmental Protection Agency ( EPA).

ACTION: Notice of meeting.

SUMMARY: Under the Federal Advisory Committee Act (Pub. L. 92-463), EPA 
gives notice of a joint meeting of the Gulf of Mexico Program (GMP) 
Policy Review Board (PRB) and Management Committee (MC).

DATES: The meeting will be held on Thursday, March 18, 2004, from 8:30 
a.m. to 3 p.m.

ADDRESSES: The meeting will be held at the Homewood Suites, 901 Poydras
