Correction

    In rule document 03-31203 beginning on page 70421 in the issue of 
Thursday, December 18, 2003, make the following corrections:


Sec.319.37- 14  [Corrected]

    1. On page 70423, in the second column, in Sec.319.37-14(b), under 
the heading List of Ports of Entry, under Georgia, `` Atlanta'' should 
read ``*Atlanta ''.
    2. On the same page, in the same column, in the same section, under 
the same heading, under Guam, ``Agana '' should read ``*Agana ''.
