LLC (Algonquin) tendered for filing its annual Fuel Reimbursement
Quantity (FRQ) filing in accordance with section 32 of the General

Algonquin states that it is making this Annual FRQ Filing prior to
the October 31 due date specified by the tariff to provide advance rate
information to customers preparing for the upcoming winter. Algonquin
further states that because of the proven accuracy of the projection
that is currently in effect from its 2003 FRQ filing, Algonquin
