Motion Picture Editors Guild International Alliance of Theatrical 
Stage Employees, Moving Picture Technicians, Artists and Allied Crafts 
of the United States, Its Territorites And Canada (Iatse), Local 700 
Los Angeles, CA; Notice of Termination of Investigation

    Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended, an 
investigation was initiated on March 24, 2004 in response to a worker 
petition filed by a state agency representative on behalf of the 
members of The Motion Picture Editors Guild, International Alliance of 
Theatrical Stage Employees Moving Picture Technicians, Artists and 
Allied Crafts of the United States, Its Territories and Canada, 
(IATSE), Local 700, Los Angeles, California.
    Petitions for trade Adjustment Assistance must specify a particular 
worker group at a firm producing an article on behalf of whom the 
petition is being filed. The petition regarding the investigation does 
not meet these criteria and has been deemed invalid. Consequently, the 
investigation has been terminated.
