Coast Guard has already published the 60-day notice (70 FR 30963, May
31, 2005) required by 44 U.S.C. 3506(c)(2). That notice elicited one
comment. The commenter discussed the issue of the state of New Jersey
sinking old junk ships off its shore. The comment made no reference to
our collection of information request and does not require a response
from the Coast Guard.
