Florida; Amendment No. 7 to Notice of a Major Disaster 
Declaration

AGENCY: Federal Emergency Management Agency, Emergency Preparedness and 
Response Directorate, Department of Homeland Security.

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of a major disaster declaration 
for the State of Florida (FEMA-1595-DR), dated July 10, 2005, and 
related determinations.

DATES: Effective Date: August 19, 2005.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The notice of a major disaster declaration 
for the State of Florida is hereby amended to include the following 
area among those areas determined to have been adversely affected by 
the catastrophe declared a major disaster by the President in his 
declaration of July 10, 2005:

    Jackson County for Public Assistance [Categories C-G] (already 
designated for Public Assistance [Categories A and B], including 
direct Federal assistance. For a period of up to 72 hours, 
assistance for

emergency protective measures, including direct Federal assistance, 
was provided at 100 percent of the total eligible costs. The period 
of up to 72 hours at 100 percent excluded debris removal.)
