ACTION: Notice and request for comments.

SUMMARY: The FAA invites public comments about our intention to request
the Office of Management and Budget's (OMB) approval for a new
information collection. The respondents to this information collection
will be FAR Part 135 and Part 121 operators. The FAA will use the
information to ensure compliance and adherence to the regulations.
