Agency Information Collection Activity Under OMB Review, Request

AGENCY: Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), DOT.

ACTION: Notice and request for comments.

SUMMARY: The FAA invites public comments about our intention to request 
the Office of Management and Budget's (OMB) approval for a new 
information collection. The respondents to this information collection 
will be FAR Part 135 and Part 121 operators. The FAA will use the 
information to ensure compliance and adherence to the regulations.

DATES: Please submit comments by November 7, 2005.

    Affected Public: A total of 36 airmen.
    Frequency: The information is conducted on an as-needed basis.
    Estimated Average Burden Per Response: 1 hour.
    Estimated Annual Burden Hours: An estimated 4,679 hours annually.
    Abstract: The respondents to this information collection will be 
FAR Part 135 and Part 121 operators. The FAA will use the information 
to ensure compliance and adherence to the regulations.
