Agency Information Collection Activity Under OMB Review, Request

AGENCY: Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), DOT.
ACTION: Notice and request for comments.

SUMMARY: The FAA invites public comments about our intention to request
the Office of Management and Budget's (OMB) renewal of a current
information collection. The rule requires passengers who intend to use
an approved POC to present a physician statement before boarding. The
flight crew must then inform the pilot-in-command that a POC is on
board.

Board Aircraft.
Type of Request: Renewal of an approved collection.
OMB Control Number: 2120-0702.

Affected Public: A total of 1,735,000 airline passengers and
personnel.
Frequency: The information is conducted on an as-needed basis.
Estimated Average Burden Per Response: Approximately 0.1 hours per
response.
Estimated Annual Burden Hours: An estimated 172,694 hours annually.
