AGENCY: Federal Emergency Management Agency, Department of Homeland 
Security.

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of an emergency declaration for 
the State of Florida (FEMA-3259-EM), dated September 20, 2005, and 
related determinations.

EFFECTIVE DATE: October 23, 2005.
