ACTION: Proposed rule.

SUMMARY: This document requests comments on a petition for rulemaking
filed by Charles Crawford requesting the allotment of Channel 259A at
Cuney, Texas. The coordinates for Channel 259A at Cuney, Texas, are 31-
58-52 and 95-22-24. There is a site restriction 6.8 kilometers (4.3
miles) southeast of the community.
DATES: Comments must be filed on or before March 28, 2005, and reply
comments on or before April 12, 2005.

Proposed Rule Making is issued until the matter is no longer subject to
Commission consideration or court review, all ex parte contacts are
