Title: Head Start Program Information Report.
OMB No.: 0980-0017.
Description: Section 650 of the Head Start Act requires the
Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services to prepare and
submit a report to the Congress at least once every two years. This
report shall include information contained in the document entitled the
``Head Start Program Information Report.'' The Head Start Bureau is
proposing to renew approval of this information collection document.
Respondents: Head Start and Early Head Start grantees and delegate
agencies.
