Civil Penalty Assessment Procedures; Correction

Correction

    In rule document 05-528 beginning on page 1812 in the issue of 
Tuesday, January 11, 2005 make the following corrections:


Sec.  13.16  [Corrected]

    1. On page 1813, in the first column, in Sec. 13.16(a), in the 2nd 
line from the bottom, ``40 U.S.C. 46301(d)(2)'' should read, ``49 
U.S.C. 46301(d)(2)''.
    2. On the same page, in the third column, after Sec. 13.16(d)(4), 
in the next line, paragraph ``(3)'' should read ``(e)''.
