204 Applicants) to issue short-term debt securities, for AEG to issue
long-term debt securities, and for the section 204 Applicants to
receive cash capital contributions and non-interest bearing open
account advances from their respective parents. The Applicants also
request pursuant to section 203 of the Federal Power Act, an order
granting blanket authorization for the Applicants to acquire
securities.

Order issued August 8, 2005. PG&E states that this filing addresses
outstanding disputes that are specific to PG&E and is being submitted
to the Commission in conjunction with a contemporaneous pleading filed
by certain California parties to address further disputes relating to
offsets and market re-runs.
