National Committee on Vital and Health Statistics: Meeting

    Pursuant to the Federal Advisory Committee Act, the Department of 
Health and Human Services (HHS) announces the following advisory 
committee meeting.

    Name: National Committee on Vital and Health Statistics (NCVHS), 
Subcommittee on Populations.
    Time and Date: September 18, 2006, 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m. September 
19, 2006, 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m.

    Status: Open.
    Purpose: The purpose of the meeting is to identify data linkages 
for statistical purposes within and among Federal government 
agencies with a view to promoting best practices.
