Declaration

AGENCY: Federal Emergency Management Agency, Department of Homeland 
Security.

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of a major disaster for the 
State of Oklahoma (FEMA-1623-DR), dated January 10, 2006, and related 
determinations.

DATES: Effective Date: January 23, 2006.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Notice is hereby given that the incident
