Questar Pipeline Company; Notice of Tariff Filing
August 16, 2006.
Take notice that on August 14, 2006, Questar Pipeline Company
(Questar), tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, First
Revised Volume No. 1, the following tariff sheets, to become effective
September 13, 2006:
Sixth Revised Sheet No. 42.
Eighth Revised Sheet No. 46B.
Twelfth Revised Sheet No. 59.
Second Revised Sheet No. 59A .
Eleventh Revised Sheet No. 75.
Eleventh Revised Sheet No. 99A.
Questar states that it proposes to address three categories of
miscellaneous cleanup items to its tariff regarding references to the
North American Energy Standards Board (NAESB) standards: (1) Removal of
NAESB ``principles'' (listed as x.1.x) or ``contracts'' standards
(listed as 6.x.x) that are not required by the Commission's regulations
to be referenced in the tariff; (2) correction of typographical errors
and other inadvertent omissions and (3) miscellaneous corrections to
make tariff language consistent with NAESB standards and correct
formatting inconsistencies.
Questar states that copies of this filing were served upon
Questar's customers, the Public Service Commission of Utah and the
Public Service Commission of Wyoming.
Any person desiring to intervene or to protest this filing must
file in accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of the Commission's Rules of
Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 and 385.214). Protests will be
considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to
be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the
proceeding. Any person wishing to become a party must file a notice of
intervention or motion to intervene, as appropriate. Such notices,
motions, or protests must be filed in accordance with the provisions of
Section 154.210 of the Commission's regulations (18 CFR 154.210).
Anyone filing an intervention or protest must serve a copy of that
document on the Applicant. Anyone filing an intervention or protest on
or before the intervention or protest date need not serve motions to
intervene or protests on persons other than the Applicant.
