Texas; Amendment No. 4 to Notice of a Major Disaster Declaration

AGENCY: Federal Emergency Management Agency, Department of Homeland 
Security.

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of a major disaster for the 
State of Texas (FEMA-1658-DR), dated August 15, 2006, and related 
determinations.

DATES: Effective Date: September 12, 2006.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Notice is hereby given that the incident 
period for this declared disaster is now July 27, 2006, through and 
including August 25, 2006, and the incident type is now severe storms 
and flooding.
