The Department of Defense has submitted to OMB for clearance, the
following proposal for collection of information under the provisions
of the Paperwork Reduction Act (44 U.S.C. Chapter 35).
Dates: Consideration will be given to all comments received by June 25,
2007.

Professions Applicant; AFRS Form 1437; OMB Control Number 0701-0078.

Average Burden per Response: 30 minutes.
Annual Burden Hours: 1,800.
Needs and Uses: This form is used by field recruiters in the
processing of health professions applicants applying for a commission
in the United States Air Force.
