The Department of Defense has submitted to OMB for clearance, the
following proposal for collection of information under the provisions
of the Paperwork Reduction Act (44 U.S.C. Chapter 35).

Title and OMB Number: Public Perceptions of Military Health Care;
OMB Control Number 0720-TBD.
Type of Request: New.
Number of Respondents: 2,400.
Responses per Respondent: 1.
Annual Responses: 2,400.
Average Burden per Response: 8 minutes.
Annual Burden Hours: 319.
Needs and Uses: The purpose of this survey effort is to determine
the public's perceptions of Military Health Care and compare and
contrast that with their perceptions of U.S. Health Care.
Affected Public: Individuals or households.
Frequency: Annually.
Respondent's Obligation: Voluntary.
