AGENCY: Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), DOT.
ACTION: Notice and request for comments.

SUMMARY: The FAA invites public comments about our intention to request
the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to approve a current
information collection. This information enables the FAA to evaluate
the validity of the user's request for National Airspace Data (NAS)
data from FAA systems and equipment.
DATES: Please submit comments by December 28, 2007.

systems and equipment.
