Management and Budget of a Currently Approved Information Collection
Activity, Request for Comments; Airport Noise Compatibility Planning
AGENCY: Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), DOT.
ACTION: Notice and request for comments.

SUMMARY: The FAA invites public comments about our intention to request
the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to approve a current
information collection. The respondents are those airport operators
voluntarily submitting noise exposure maps and noise compatibility
programs to the FAA for review and approval.
DATES: Please submit comments by February 4, 2008.

Estimated Average Burden per Response: Approximately 3,360 hours
per response.
Estimated Annual Burden Hours: An estimated 50,400 hours annually.
Abstract: The respondents are those airport operators voluntarily
submitting noise exposure maps and noise compatibility programs to the
FAA for review and approval.
