    Title: Mediterranean Space Charter Agreement.

    Synopsis: The agreement would provide for termination of the Port 
of Kalama's tariff applicable to terminal facilities owned and/or 
operated by the other parties and payment to the Port of Kalama in lieu 
of dockage to be calculated and determined from time to time.
