AGENCY: Federal Emergency Management Agency, DHS.

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of a major disaster for the 
State of Minnesota (FEMA-1717-DR), dated August 23, 2007, and related 
determinations.

DATES: Effective Date: August 31, 2007.
