AGENCY: Federal Emergency Management Agency, DHS.

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of an emergency for the State of 
Texas (FEMA-3277-EM), dated August 18, 2007, and related 
determinations.

DATES: Effective Date: September 5, 2007.
