AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.

ACTION: Final rule.

SUMMARY: The Audio Division, on its own motion, deletes Channel 282C3 
at Boswell, Oklahoma to resolve existing distance spacing conflicts. It 
is Commission policy to refrain from maintaining an allotment in 
instances where there are no bona fide expressions of interest.

DATES: Effective November 19, 2007.
