Patent

AGENCY: Department of the Army, DoD.

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: In accordance with 35 U.S.C. 209(e) and 37 CFR 404.7(a)(I)(i),

announcement is made of the intent to grant an exclusive, royalty-
bearing, revocable license to U.S. Provisional Patent S.N. 60/965,693, 
filed August 03, 2007, entitled ``Neutralizing Human IgG1 Monoclonal 
Antibodies Specific for Vaccinia Virus Proteins,'' and foreign rights 
to BioFactura, Inc., with its principal place of business at 9700 Great 
Seneca Highway, Rockville, Maryland 20850.
