July 11, 2008.
    Take notice that on June 27, 2008, the North American Electric 
Reliability Corporation in compliance with Commission Order No. 706,\1\ 
submits modifications to Violation Risk Factors for Requirements or 
Sub-Requirements in the Critical Infrastructure Protection Reliability 
Standards.

    Any person desiring to intervene or to protest this filing must 
file in accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of the Commission's Rules of 
Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211, 385.214). Protests will be
