Indiana; Amendment No. 19 to Notice of a Major Disaster 
Declaration

AGENCY: Federal Emergency Management Agency, DHS.

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of a major disaster declaration 
for the State of Indiana (FEMA-1766-DR), dated June 8, 2008, and 
related determinations.

EFFECTIVE DATE: November 13, 2008.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Federal Emergency Management Agency 
(FEMA) hereby gives notice that pursuant to the authority vested in the 
Administrator, under Executive Order 12148, as amended, Regis Leo 
Phelan, of FEMA is appointed to act as the Federal Coordinating Officer 
for this declared disaster.
    This action terminates my appointment of Stephen M. DeBlasio, Sr. 
as Federal Coordinating Officer for this disaster.
