Channel 250A can be allotted to Batesville consistent with the minimum distance separation requirements of the Commission's Rules with the imposition of a site restriction located 11.4 kilometers (7.1 miles) east of the community at reference coordinates 28-58-27 NL and 99-30-12 WL.
