AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.
ACTION: Final rule.

SUMMARY: The Commission grants a petition for rulemaking filed by WTVM
License Subsidiary, LLC, the permittee of post-transition station WTVM-
DT, to substitute DTV channel 11 for post-transition DTV channel 9 at
Columbus, Georgia.
DATES: This rule is effective January 30, 2009.
