Declaration
AGENCY: Federal Emergency Management Agency, DHS.
ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of a major disaster declaration
for the State of Arkansas (FEMA-1751-DR), dated March 26, 2008, and
related determinations.
EFFECTIVE DATE: March 28, 2008.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The notice of a major disaster declaration
for the State of Arkansas is hereby amended to include Individual
Assistance and the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program for the following
areas among those areas determined to have been adversely affected by
the catastrophe declared a major disaster by the President in his
declaration of March 26, 2008.
The counties of Baxter, Benton, Independence, Jackson, Lawrence,
Logan, Madison, Marion, Randolph, Stone, and Woodruff for Individual
Assistance (already designated for emergency protective measures
[Category B], limited to direct Federal assistance, under the Public
Assistance program.)
The counties of Baxter, Boone, Carroll, Fulton, Izard, Johnson,
Madison, Scott, Searcy, and Yell for Public Assistance, including
direct Federal assistance, (already designated for emergency
protective measures [Category B], limited to direct Federal
assistance, under the Public Assistance program.)
All counties in the State of Arkansas are eligible to apply for
assistance under the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program.

Individuals and Households--Other Needs, 97.036, Disaster Grants--
Public Assistance (Presidentially Declared Disasters); 97.039,
Hazard Mitigation Grant.)
