Arkansas; Amendment No. 2 to Notice of a Major Disaster
Declaration
AGENCY: Federal Emergency Management Agency, DHS.
ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of a major disaster declaration
for the State of Arkansas (FEMA-1751-DR), dated March 26, 2008, and
related determinations.
EFFECTIVE DATE: April 9, 2008.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The notice of a major disaster declaration
for the State of Arkansas is hereby amended to include the following
areas among those areas determined to have been adversely affected by
the catastrophe declared a major disaster by the President in his
declaration of March 26, 2008.
Monroe and Prairie Counties for Individual Assistance.
Pope and Sharp Counties for Individual Assistance (already
designated for emergency protective measures [Category B], limited
to direct Federal assistance, under the Public Assistance program.)
Scott County for Individual Assistance (already designated for
Public Assistance, including direct Federal assistance.)
Clay, Conway, Crawford, Franklin, Howard, Newton, Pope, Sharp,
and Van Buren Counties for Public Assistance (already designated for
emergency protective measures [Category B], limited to direct
Federal assistance, under the Public Assistance program.)
Independence, Jackson, Lawrence, Logan, Marion, Randolph, Stone,
and Woodruff Counties for Public Assistance (already designated for
Individual Assistance and emergency protective measures [Category
B], limited to direct Federal assistance, under the Public
Assistance program.)
Monroe and Perry Counties for Public Assistance.
