Flabeg Corporation; Brackenridge, PA; Notice of Termination of 
Investigation

    Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade Act of 1974, as amended, an 
investigation was initiated on March 3, 2009 in response to a petition 
filed by the United Steelworkers of America, Local 9445-13 on behalf of 
workers of Flabeg Corporation, Brackenridge, Pennsylvania.
    The petitioner has requested that the petition be withdrawn. 
Therefore, the investigation under this petition has been terminated.
