    Matters To Be Discussed: The meeting will include the initial 
review, discussion, and evaluation of ``Capacity Building Assistance 
(CBA) To Improve the Delivery and Effectiveness of Human 
Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) Prevention Services for High-Risk and/
or Racial/Ethnicity Minority Populations, PS09-906.''
