AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.

ACTION: Final rule.

SUMMARY: The Commission grants a petition for rulemaking filed by LeSEA 
Broadcasting of South Bend, Inc., the licensee of WHME-DT, to 
substitute DTV channel 46 for its assigned post-transition DTV channel 
48 at South Bend, Indiana.

DATES: This rule is effective June 2, 2009.
