AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.
ACTION: Final rule.

SUMMARY: The Commission grants a petition for rulemaking filed by
Prairie Public Broadcasting, Inc., the licensee of noncommercial
educational station KWSE-DT, to substitute DTV channel *11 for its
assigned post-transition DTV channel *51 at Williston, North Dakota.
DATES: This rule is effective June 4, 2009.
