AGENCY: Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
ACTION: Notice of meetings.

SUMMARY: Pursuant to the Federal Advisory Committee Act, Public Law 92-
463, the Environmental Protection Agency, Office of Research and
Development (ORD), gives notice of two meetings of the Board of
Scientific Counselors (BOSC) Computational Toxicology Subcommittee.
DATES: The first meeting (via teleconference) will be held on Friday,
September 25, 2009, from 12 noon to 1 p.m. The second meeting (face-to-
face) will take place on Tuesday, September 29, 2009, from 12:30 p.m.
to 6:15 p.m.,

and continue on Wednesday, September 30, 2009 from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
All times noted are Eastern time. The meetings may adjourn early if all
business is finished. Requests for the draft agenda or for making oral
presentations at the meetings will be accepted up to one business day
before each meeting.
ADDRESSES: Participation in the conference call will be by
teleconference only--meeting rooms will not be used. Members of the
public may obtain the call-in number and access code for the call from
Lorelei Kowalski, whose contact information is listed under the FOR

The face-to-face meeting will be held at the Hilton Raleigh-Durham

General Information
Any member of the public interested in receiving a draft BOSC
agenda or making a presentation at the meetings may contact Lorelei
Kowalski, the Designated Federal Officer, via any of the contact
methods listed in the FOR FURTHER INFORMATION CONTACT section above. In
general, each individual making an oral presentation will be limited to
a total of three minutes.
Proposed agenda items for the meetings include, but are not limited
to: teleconference: introduction to ORD and the National Center for
Computational Toxicology (for new subcommittee members); discussion of
the draft charge for the review; and preparation for the face-to-face
meeting; face-to-face meeting: overview, update, and testimonials on
the Computational Toxicology Research Program; poster sessions,
including posters on informatics, exposure science, high throughput
screening, toxicity predictions, virtual tissues, and uncertainty
analysis; and discussion of the draft letter report. The meetings are
open to the public.
